This Privacy Policy describes how Next IT Doctor (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application and related services. By using Next IT Doctor, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account and use our services:

Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.

Identity Verification (KYC): Government-issued ID and photographs required to verify your identity and comply with our platform policies.

Profile Information: Profile picture and any other details you choose to add to your profile.

Task and Work Data: Content you submit as part of tasks, including text, images, links, and videos.

Financial Information: Wallet balance, transaction history, withdrawal requests, and deposit records. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

Usage Data: Pages and features you access, actions you take, time spent, and interaction logs.

Communications: Messages sent through our in-app chat and support channels.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage your account and provide access to our services.

Verify your identity to prevent fraud and ensure platform integrity.

Process task submissions, approvals, earnings, and withdrawals.

Calculate and distribute referral bonuses and rewards.

Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party providers (cloud hosting, analytics, payment processors) who assist us in operating our platform. These providers access your data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Firebase Services: We use Firebase for push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting. Firebase collects usage and diagnostic data.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Next IT Doctor, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers: If Next IT Doctor is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred.

With Your Consent: We share information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Specifically:

Account data is retained while your account remains open.

Transaction and financial records are retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial regulations.

Task submission data is retained for up to 2 years after the task is completed or closed.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. See Section 7 for instructions.

5. Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:

Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL.

Secure storage of passwords using industry-standard hashing algorithms.

JWT-based authentication with access and refresh token management.

Regular security monitoring and vulnerability assessments.

Restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information and account. See Section 7 for instructions.

7. Account Deletion

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your Next IT Doctor account and associated personal data at any time.

To request account deletion:

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

2. Include your registered email address and/or username in the email body.

3. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

Please note:

Any pending earnings or wallet balance should be withdrawn before requesting deletion, as balances cannot be recovered after account deletion.

Certain information may be retained as required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).

Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.

You can also delete your account directly from the app via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

8. Children's Privacy

Next IT Doctor is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our app may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our platform.

Third-party services we use include:

Google AdMob (advertising) — governed by Google's Privacy Policy

Firebase (analytics, notifications, crash reporting) — governed by Google's Privacy Policy

Cloudflare R2 (file storage) — governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will:

Post the updated policy on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.

Notify you through the app or via email for significant changes.

Your continued use of Next IT Doctor after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
