Delete Your Account

We’re sorry to see you go. You can request permanent deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Before you proceed, please withdraw any remaining wallet balance. Once your account is deleted, any funds remaining in your wallet cannot be recovered.

What will be deleted

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • Your submitted tasks and work history
  • Your referral records and earned referral bonuses
  • Your in-app chat messages
  • Your notification history
  • Your KYC verification documents

What may be retained

  • Financial transaction records (required by law for up to 7 years)
  • Anonymized usage data used for platform analytics
  • Information required for fraud prevention or legal compliance

Option 1 — Delete from the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Next IT Doctor app:

  1. 1Open the Next IT Doctor app on your device.
  2. 2Navigate to Profile → Settings.
  3. 3Tap "Account" and then "Delete Account".
  4. 4Confirm your decision when prompted.
  5. 5Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

  1. 1Send an email to [email protected]
  2. 2Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. 3In the email body, include your registered email address and/or username.
  4. 4We will verify your identity and process the request.
  5. 5Your account and personal data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.
